My Journey: Resilience, Empathy, and Growth
Driven by curiosity and growth, I’m Michelle Zreik, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on leadership and project management. Sincerely, Michelle began as a personal challenge to push myself out of my comfort zone by exploring new hobbies each month. Inspired by a professor’s suggestion to start a blog after reading one of my essays, I realized this was the perfect way to combine my passion for reading with my commitment to personal and professional development.
For me, resilience is at the heart of leadership. It’s through navigating life’s challenges that we develop the empathy and insight needed to lead effectively. My blog is a space where I reflect on stories and ideas that not only inspire me but also deepen my understanding of what it means to lead with purpose and compassion.
I’m an avid reader, aiming to explore a little more than 50 books a year, focusing on classics as well as works on leadership and negotiation. Beyond reading, I’m learning Arabic and Bangla to broaden my perspective and connect with diverse cultures. I believe life should be enjoyed fully, and I strive to approach both my personal and professional journeys with intention, curiosity, and resilience.
Through Sincerely, Michelle, I aim to share honest reflections and insights that inspire others to embrace complexity, lead with empathy, and live with intention. Thank you for visiting. Let’s continue to explore and lead with purpose
